DELIVERY

Delivery Times
UK Standard delivery is 3-5 business days.
UK Next Day Delivery is available for orders place before 11:30am. (Please note, next day delivery is not available for addresses in Northern Ireland)
International orders are delivered within 7-10 days. A tracked service is available.

Please choose your preferred option during checkout.

Please note: If your order is over 2kg it will be split across two parcels. If both parcels do not arrive at the same time, do not worry, your additional parcel(s) will be with you within a few days.

P&P Fees
To calculate your P&P fees, please place all items you wish to purchase in your cart and ensure all quantities are correct - then use the P&P calculator at the bottom of the Cart page.


If it’s been more than seven working days since you received your dispatch notification email, your order should be with you, if it is not, before getting in touch, please check the following:

- Did you receive both an order confirmation email and a dispatch confirmation email?
- If you received both these emails, is the delivery address correct on both?
- Have you received an email notifying you that your order has been cancelled? (Please check your SPAM folder).

If you have checked all the above and still believe your order is late, please get in touch at contact@novemknight.com You will receive a response within 24 hours.

International Orders

Novem & Knight deliver worldwide.

All major currencies are accepted - via all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Your order will be processed in GBP.
Please note: Your payment provider may charge you a fee for purchasing in a different currency. It is advisable to check with your payment provider, before shopping.

RETURNS

If you wish to return, exchange or report an issue with an item or order, please email contact@novemknight.com

You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Please do not send anything back without first waiting for a response to your email. It may be that you do not need to send the item back.

If you are required to send anything back, a shop manager will need to confirm the correct return address for you.
If you return any items, please use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.
If your item does not arrive back to Novem & Knight, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

NB: If you choose to return an item, please be aware this must be done at your own cost. Please shop carefully.

Refund and exchange eligibility is 30 days from receipt of your order.

INCORRECT ORDER INFO

If, during checkout, you entered any of your information incorrectly (wrong item, size, delivery name or address etc.) please email contact@novemknight.com quoting your order number (starting #NK-), and the necessary corrections.
A shop manager will respond to you within 24 hours.
